Vlak na deze periode begon haar samenwerking met onze <a href=\"https:\/\/bonamb.com\/nl\/de-wortels\/alberto-ferruz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>chef-kok Alberto Ferruz<\/strong><\/a>, waar zij begon als souschef in restaurant El Segaria in het Marriott Hotel in Denia, destijds geadviseerd door chef-kok Quique Dacosta.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege haar ambitie en verlangen om zich te blijven ontwikkelen en verbeteren, is Emmanuelle niet gestopt met leren en trainen.
